Kelly A. Norton, the very definition of steadfast. Having overcome a lifetime of adversity, including abuse, domestic violence, homelessness and cancer over the past three decades, I have mastered mindset, resiliency, and resourcefulness and dedicate my life to the empowerment of others.
Having supported a CEO of a multi-billion-dollar global company and 28+ years of experience in the administrative professional industry, I pride myself in excellence and attention to detail. A few of my accomplishments along the way include; being the Ambassador for Diversity and Inclusion, Budget Coordinator for a 50+ Group where I was responsible for Professional Development, Community Service, and Policy Enrichment. Always striving for knowledge.
As a heart-centered, transformational leader who facilitates change, I provide my clients with practical, easy-to-implement tools and strategies that generate results. In addition, I empower and mentor my peers to succeed with a skillset that I have accumulated throughout my lifetime.
